The Playbook

Ten config-driven sections that walk a product from idea to shipped.

Each product workspace includes a guided playbook — ten sections that take an idea from "wouldn't it be cool if" to a shipped, measurable SaaS.

The Playbook: sections checked off as their evidence requirements are met The Playbook as a working checklist — each section carries evidence requirements, and the same engine that powers gates and recommendations reads their completion.

The sections

The playbook covers, in order:

  1. ICP — who exactly this is for, and where they already gather
  2. Problem — the pain as the customer describes it
  3. Positioning — the one-sentence claim and the alternatives it beats
  4. Offer — packaging, pricing, and the promise
  5. Validation plan — the cheapest possible evidence of demand
  6. Build scope — the v1 line: what's in, what's explicitly out
  7. Go-to-market — channels, first-100-customers plan
  8. Metrics — the numbers that define success (fed live by Data Feeds)
  9. Risks — what could kill this, ranked, with mitigations
  10. Launch review — the retrospective that feeds the next portfolio review

Sections are config-driven: the same engine that powers gates and recommendations reads playbook completion to drive your next actions.
